  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the SarahCrafts website and purchasing any products offered therein, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use this website or place any order. Your continued use of the website or completion of a purchase constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

SarahCrafts ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We do not provide a physical address or telephone number for customer contact. All inquiries, claims, and disputes must be submitted via email. We are not responsible for communications sent through any other channel. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Response times may be longer during peak periods.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) you are not prohibited from purchasing our products under applicable law; and (d) all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

SarahCrafts sells a One Piece-inspired backpack designed for fans who wish to express their personal style in everyday life. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, and features as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to monitor settings or manufacturing tolerances do not constitute a defect or grounds for return or refund.

Manufacturing Transition Disclosure — MANDATORY NOTICE:

Due to high demand, products that were previously handmade have transitioned to being manufactured in industrial facilities. By communicating this transition in these Terms of Service and Shipping Policy, SarahCrafts is not liable for any claims based on expectations of handcrafted or artisanal products. By completing a purchase, the Customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts this condition. No refund, return, dispute, or chargeback claim will be entertained on the basis that the product was expected to be handmade.

  1. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or pricing errors. In the event we cancel your order, your sole remedy is a full refund of the amount paid.

All orders are subject to product availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability of any product.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. You agree to pay the full amount indicated, including any applicable taxes and fees.

We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to delay or cancel processing of any order pending payment verification.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time: After processing, estimated delivery takes 9–13 business days. Total estimated delivery window is therefore 10–16 business days from order confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

No Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Shipping Delays: Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, weather events, national emergencies, acts of God, labor strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control do not entitle the Customer to a refund, store credit, or cancellation. SarahCrafts bears no liability for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery Failure: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from a carrier facility, SarahCrafts is not liable. Any costs associated with re-delivery or return shipping will be borne exclusively by the Customer.

Manufacturing Transition Disclosure — MANDATORY NOTICE:

  1. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

SarahCrafts enforces a strict return and refund policy to the fullest extent permitted by applicable U.S. federal and state law.

Return Eligibility Window: Return requests must be submitted in writing to sarahcraftscontact@gmail.com within 90 calendar days from the date the tracking information confirms delivery. Requests submitted after this period will be rejected without exception.

Conditions for Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met simultaneously: The product must be completely unopened. The original manufacturer's seal and all packaging must be fully intact and undamaged. The product must show no signs of use, wear, modification, or tampering of any kind. The product must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, inserts, and accessories included. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Failure to meet any single condition above renders the product ineligible for return. SarahCrafts reserves the right to refuse any return that does not strictly comply with these conditions.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items — Exclusions:

The following are explicitly excluded from return or refund eligibility: Products that have been opened, used, worn, or washed. Products with removed, altered, or damaged tags or seals. Products showing any signs of physical damage caused after delivery. Products purchased during promotional sales, flash sales, or with discount codes, unless defective under applicable law. Products returned without prior written authorization from SarahCrafts. Any item for which the return request was submitted after the 90-day window. Delayed deliveries attributable to carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference, minor color variation, or expectation of handmade/artisanal quality (see Manufacturing Transition Disclosure above).

Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Customer. SarahCrafts will not provide prepaid return labels, cover shipping fees, or reimburse return postage under any circumstances. The Customer is responsible for selecting a trackable shipping method and assuming all associated risk of loss during return transit.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, SarahCrafts will conduct a full physical inspection of the product. Inspection may take up to 7 business days from the date of receipt. If the return meets all eligibility conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection completion. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. SarahCrafts reserves the right to deny the refund and return the item to the Customer at the Customer's expense if the product fails inspection.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is materially defective or materially different from what was ordered, you must notify us at sarahcraftscontact@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund. This provision does not expand the general return policy described above.

  1. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to contact SarahCrafts at sarahcraftscontact@gmail.com and allow a reasonable resolution period before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution through our official contact channel may be considered a violation of these Terms. SarahCrafts reserves the right to contest any chargeback and provide these Terms and related documentation to payment processors as evidence of agreed-upon conditions.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the SarahCrafts website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of SarahCrafts or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

SarahCrafts acknowledges that "One Piece" is a registered trademark and intellectual property of its respective owners. SarahCrafts does not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or official licensing from the owners of the One Piece intellectual property unless explicitly stated. Product descriptions referencing "One Piece" are used solely to describe the aesthetic inspiration of the product.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SARAHCRAFTS PROVIDES THIS WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

SARAHCRAFTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SARAHCRAFTS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SARAHCRAFTS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SarahCrafts and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact SarahCrafts at sarahcraftscontact@gmail.com and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days from the date of notice.

Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in effect at the time the dispute arises. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST SARAHCRAFTS.

Small Claims Court: Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing a claim in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

  1. CONSUMER PROTECTION NOTICE

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or applicable state consumer protection statutes, to the extent such rights cannot be contractually waived. These Terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SarahCrafts with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral.

  1. WAIVER

The failure of SarahCrafts to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
