By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Legal Notice, our Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use this website or place any order.

SarahCrafts is an e-commerce retailer operating in the United States. For any inquiries, you may contact us exclusively by email at sarahcraftscontact@gmail.com. We do not provide telephone or in-person support. Responses to email inquiries are provided within a commercially reasonable time and do not constitute legal notice unless expressly acknowledged in writing by SarahCrafts.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SARAHCRAFTS, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF SARAHCRAFTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SARAHCRAFTS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SARAHCRAFTS IN THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such states, the foregoing limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits SarahCrafts's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by defective products, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

  1. SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmed payment before shipment is initiated. Estimated transit time following shipment is 9 to 13 business days. These estimates are provided in good faith but do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping timelines may be affected by factors outside SarahCrafts's control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, and other force majeure circumstances. Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or other external logistical factors do not entitle the customer to cancellation, a full or partial refund, or any other remedy beyond those expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests submitted after shipment will not be honored. Customers who refuse delivery of a dispatched order will be solely responsible for any return shipping costs and will not be entitled to a refund of original shipping charges.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

SarahCrafts maintains a 90-day return window measured from the date of confirmed delivery, subject to the strict conditions set forth in this section.

Eligibility Requirements. To be eligible for a return, a product must be: (a) unused and in its original condition; (b) in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals, tags, and protective wrapping fully intact and unbroken; and (c) free of any signs of use, wear, alteration, or manipulation of any kind. Products that do not meet all of these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense, or disposed of at SarahCrafts's discretion if return shipment is declined.

Return Shipping Costs. The customer bears full and sole responsibility for all costs associated with returning a product to SarahCrafts, including postage, packaging, and any applicable insurance. SarahCrafts strongly recommends that customers use a trackable shipping service, as SarahCrafts assumes no responsibility for return shipments lost or damaged in transit. Items that do not arrive at our facility will not be processed.

Inspection and Refund Processing. Refunds are issued exclusively upon completion of a full physical inspection of the returned item by SarahCrafts. This inspection process may take up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned item. If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection completion. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Exclusions. The following items and circumstances are not eligible for return or refund: (a) products with broken seals or opened packaging; (b) products showing any evidence of use or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item; (c) products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse, improper storage, or third-party handling; (d) orders where the stated delivery window has not yet elapsed; and (e) dissatisfaction with product aesthetics, design, or personal preference, where the product materially conforms to its description.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, including those of your state of residence.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SarahCrafts and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Legal Notice and all related policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which SarahCrafts operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Legal Notice, our Terms of Service, or any transaction with SarahCrafts that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body under applicable federal and state law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against SarahCrafts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies or exercising any statutory rights that cannot be waived.

SarahCrafts reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
