  1. Overview

This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed through SarahCrafts and applies to all purchases made on our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

  1. Products

SarahCrafts offers a One Piece-inspired backpack designed for fans who want to elevate their everyday style. Due to high demand, products that were previously handcrafted have transitioned to manufacturing in industrial facilities. By communicating this transition in these terms and conditions, SarahCrafts is not liable for any claims based on expectations of handmade or artisan products. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly accepts this condition.

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal public holidays. Processing begins only after full payment authorization has been received and verified.

SarahCrafts reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high order volume, promotional events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events. Extended processing under such circumstances does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the customer to any refund, cancellation, or compensation.

  1. Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is 9 to 13 business days. This estimate is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Business days exclude weekends and federal public holidays.

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 10 to 16 business days, subject to the conditions described in this policy.

  1. Shipping Destinations

SarahCrafts ships within the United States. Orders shipped to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO) may be subject to additional transit time beyond the stated estimates.

  1. Shipping Carriers and Methods

SarahCrafts works with third-party logistics providers and carriers. The selection of carrier and shipping method is at the sole discretion of SarahCrafts. Once an order has been dispatched, the carrier assumes responsibility for transit. SarahCrafts does not control the operations, routing decisions, or delivery schedules of third-party carriers.

  1. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided to the customer via email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 to 72 hours to update in the carrier's system after the tracking number has been issued. SarahCrafts is not responsible for delays in tracking updates caused by the carrier's systems.

  1. Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, increased shipping volume, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond SarahCrafts' control.

Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, logistics providers, or external circumstances do not entitle the customer to a refund, order cancellation, or any form of monetary compensation. SarahCrafts' liability is strictly limited to the value of the product ordered, and only in cases of confirmed non-delivery as described below.

  1. Non-Delivery and Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has not moved or has been marked as delivered but was not received, you must contact us within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted, and SarahCrafts will have no obligation to investigate or resolve such claims.

SarahCrafts will initiate an inquiry with the carrier upon receipt of a timely non-delivery claim. Resolution is subject to the carrier's investigation timeline and outcome. SarahCrafts does not guarantee a specific resolution timeframe.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping process and a tracking number has been issued or the order has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and no refund will be issued on the basis of a cancellation request submitted after dispatch.

To request a cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately at sarahcraftscontact@gmail.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be processed in time if the order is already in the final stages of processing.

  1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following strict conditions, subject to our full Returns and Refund Policy:

The item must be returned unopened, with all original seals and packaging intact, and with no signs of use, handling, or manipulation of any kind. Items that have been opened, used, or whose original seals have been broken are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. SarahCrafts will not issue prepaid return labels and will not reimburse return shipping costs under any circumstances.

Refunds, if approved following complete inspection of the returned item, will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cases of buyer's remorse, delayed delivery, or change of mind.

Refunds will be processed only after SarahCrafts has received and fully inspected the returned item. The inspection period may take up to 90 calendar days from receipt of the returned item. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed and is subject to SarahCrafts' sole determination based on the condition of the returned item.

  1. Exclusions — No Refund or Return Will Be Accepted In the Following Cases

No return, exchange, or refund will be granted in any of the following situations, without exception:

The customer changed their mind after purchase. The customer was dissatisfied with the style, color, or design of the product. The item was received after the estimated delivery window due to carrier or logistics delays. The customer ordered the wrong item or quantity. The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. The package was refused at delivery by the customer or household occupant. The product does not meet the customer's subjective expectations regarding craftsmanship or manufacturing method, including expectations based on any prior belief that the product was handmade or artisan-crafted. The customer claims the product does not match expectations of handcrafted quality, given that products are now manufactured industrially as disclosed in these terms.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is materially defective or was damaged during shipping, you must contact SarahCrafts at sarahcraftscontact@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging. Claims submitted outside this window will not be considered. SarahCrafts reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the damage qualifies for a remedy and what form that remedy will take.

  1. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of purchase. SarahCrafts will not be liable for non-delivery, delays, or losses resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Re-shipment, if offered at SarahCrafts' discretion, will be at the customer's full expense.

  1. Consumer Protection Notice

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal law, including protections under the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or applicable state consumer protection statutes. To the extent any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted to comply with such law, and the remainder of the policy shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Warranty

SarahCrafts offers a 90-day limited warranty on its products against manufacturing defects, commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose. Warranty claims must be submitted to sarahcraftscontact@gmail.com with supporting documentation within the warranty period.
